This video always amazes me. It not only hits home, but kinda smacks you upside the head. Our educational system has become a cookie cutter mold. It rarely applauds creativity and thinking outside the box and education should not be a one size fits all experience. As a result you get so many kids to fall through the cracks and I blame the schools for as much as they blame the lack of parental involvement. Both should work hand in hand, but it could be so much more if they weren’t so focused on skill assessments through testing as the only measure of learning.
